To increase branch’s revenue in car protection sales and improve our overall customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.

I devised a customer categorization sales strategy, where I analyzed our customer segments and created corresponding pitches to improve our conversion rate. At the same time, I comitted to providing the best service for every customer, in order to improve our score average.

results and Deliverable

By the end of my internship, I was able to increase our branch’s total revenue per contract by 30% using my sales strategy. This totaled to $2,500 increase in revenue. Within the area of four branches, I led sales as the #1 performing intern. Throughout the internship, I was able to identify areas we could improve for onboarding new employees and operational processes. I pitched the idea of creating a digital and physical flipbook for future employees to use.
