To help small business owners establish or improve their online presence, utilizing social media management, website design, photography, and branding.

Leading a team of 15 students, we conducted market research (segmentation, surveys, interviews, competitive analysis) into Boston’s small businesses and acquired five diverse clients. I managed cross-functional teams using agile methodology to provide optimized solutions to our clients.

results and Deliverables

As one of 38 student-run businesses from Babson’s FME (Foundations of Management and Entrepreneurship) course, we were selected by the Undergraduate Admissions office to present to Babson’s Preview and Launch Days. In total, we presented to more than 200 prospective students and their families about GLSB’s journey and the FME course. This presentation summarizes GLSB’s mission, services, team, and analytics reports with clients. 

Notable results: conducted A/B testing and analyzed KPIs for five websites and marketing campaigns on social media, increasing unique visitors by 18% and conversion rate by 5%.
